Members of ISTSS Affiliate Societies (ACET, ASTSS, CPA TSS, DeGPT, ESTSS, JSTSS, KSTSS and SAPsi) and ISTSS corresponding members register at the appropriate nonmember rate.
Full registration includes:
- Admission to all program sessions (excluding pre-meeting institutes, which require an additional fee)
- Admission to poster sessions
- Special Interest Group (SIG) Meetings
- Welcome Reception (Guests can be added to your registration for $75 USD per guest.)
- Access to the ISTSS Annual Meeting app
- Morning coffee and tea
- NEW THIS YEAR: Full conference registration at the nonmember rate comes with a limited-time gift membership! Check your email after you complete your registration for a coupon code that you can use to redeem your gift membership.
Please note: This offer only applies to full conference registrations at a nonmember rate. PMI-only registrations, one day registrations, and any registrations at a member rate are not eligible. Coupon codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be shared. Your coupon code can only be used for a membership of the same type as your event registration (e.g., a student nonmember registration comes with a student membership, an early career nonmember registration comes with an early career membership, etc.). Limited-time gift memberships can be used for join or reinstatement applications (not renewals), and expire April 30, 2024.

PMIs may be added to a full conference registration or purchased separately. Prices shown below are for one half-day PMI, but each individual may attend up to two (one morning and one afternoon). Learn more about the PMIs we're offering this year.

Sliding Scale Discounted Registration
ISTSS offers sliding scale registration fees for attendees residing in many countries outside the U.S., Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand. ISTSS' online registration form displays sliding scale fees based on the location you provide. If you have questions about the sliding scale, contact the ISTSS Executive Office.
Payment Instructions
Registrations must include payment by credit card, check (drawn on U.S. funds from a U.S. bank) or bank transfer of funds in USD only. Wire Transfers within North America will incur a $30 USD fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 USD fee. We cannot accept registrations by telephone and will not accept registrations without full payment. If you require a paper registration form to pay via check or you are eligible for a sliding scale discounted rate based on your country of residence, please contact the ISTSS Executive Office.
Registration Confirmation
We encourage you to register online. Attendees will receive an email confirmation/receipt within 24 hours of registering online.
Annual Meeting Recordings
You can purchase the recordings of all educational content from the ISTSS 39th Annual Meeting at www.podiumcast.com.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to info@istss.org.
Cancellations received on or before October 16, 2023, will be refunded less a $100 cancellation charge, no refunds will be issued after October 16, 2023. Substitutions are allowed at any time, but must be submitted in writing and must be of the same membership type.
